What is processed?
Messages you send, contact details you voluntarily provide, technical security information, and appointment details needed to answer your request or prepare a booking.
Where you can talk to Lisa
On this website, by telephone, and through Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages. Telephone calls are converted to text so the assistant can reply; the text of the conversation is stored. We do not record calls. If you leave an email address through a secure text-message link, it is used for your appointment confirmation. Messages sent through Facebook or Instagram are also processed by Meta under Meta's own terms. Please do not share payment card or health details in a conversation.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer customer-service questions, prepare appointments, prevent abuse and hand a conversation to salon staff when needed. Processing is based on your request, legitimate interests in customer support and, where required, your consent.
AI and human review
The assistant generates automated replies from salon-provided information. It must not make legal, medical or similarly significant decisions. Salon staff may review a conversation when necessary to complete your request or investigate an error.
Retention and sharing
Chat messages are configured for a maximum retention period of 30 days unless a longer period is required to complete an appointment or comply with law. Only authorised salon and Blue Bridge system personnel and configured infrastructure/model providers may process the minimum necessary data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Nederlands: Lisa is een AI-assistent. Het gesprek is vrijwillig, wordt gebruikt voor klantenservice en afspraken en wordt standaard maximaal 30 dagen bewaard.
